• Nose: Aromatics of dark rose, liquorice, violet perfume and black tea with classic Barossa fruit intensity.
• Palate: Medium weight and juicy with purple fruit (plum/berry), fine spice and mineral/earthy notes driven by the vineyard’s schist and clay soils. Tannins are usually fine and structured, giving freshness and balance.
• Finish: Savoury, with lingering red and dark fruit and gentle acid drive.
