Biodynamically farmed and crafted with minimal intervention, this orange wine offers a beautiful amber hue and an incredibly aromatic profile. Expect intense notes of dried apricot, bruised pear, and a distinct, savory chamomile grip on the palate. Grippy, dry, and wonderfully wild, it pairs beautifully with pungent cheeses or spicy dishes.
