Whilst every care is taken to provide information that is valid, clear and accurate at time of publication, Rob Roy acknowledges that errors may occur. Rob Roy reserve the right to revise our content at any time to ensure the information we provide to all customers is as accurate as humanly possible. We offer no warranty or guarantee on information found to be containing errors or omissions.

PRICING ERRORS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Rob Roy reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for the product at the incorrect price, even if a credit card has already been debited.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are sold on a ‘while stocks last’ basis, if an order has been placed after the requested product has sold out, the buyer will be contacted with the option to take delivery of a product of at least equal quality or a full refund.
DELIVERY
Rob Roy will always endeavour to deliver to buyers in as little time as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to be made. Remote areas may take slightly longer for obvious logistical reasons. DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS
Sometimes Always will not delivery to any area deemed a dry zone under Australian law, Please do not attempt to order to these areas as they will be refused.
RISK
Any risk of damage, deterioration or loss is passed to the customer when receiving delivery.
RETURNS
Should products need to be returned, the customer will organise and pay for the products to be returned to Rob Roy. Until the products are collected, the customer is liable to store the all products in a safe place and take reasonable care. Products should be returned in their original box and packed to avoid breakages while in transit.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be transacted within 30 days of Rob Roy being notified and confirmation has been received that the products have been returned in saleable condition.
FORCE MAJEURE
Rob Roy will take no responsibility for inability to supply for reason of events that are beyond reasonable control. In the event of a delay of supply the consumer will be contacted with an expected time frame of delivery. If Rob Roy is prevented from delivering for an extended period of time, either party may cancel the order without liability to the buyer.
WARNINGS
Rob Roy supports the responsible consumption of alcohol, excess consumption of alcohol may be harmful.
MINIMUM AGE OF DELIVERY
Rob Roy operates under a NSW Packaged Liquor Licence, to buy alcohol from the website the buyer must be over 18 years of age, verifiable by ID and specify a domestic shipping address within Australia. By placing an order with Rob Roy, the buyer confirms that they are over the age of 18 and it is legal that they purchase Alcohol.
VIRUSES
Whilst Rob Roy is extremely careful with files uploaded to the site, Internet security is your responsibility and we fully endorse the use of virus protection software on your computer.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Due to Liquor Licensing laws, we are currently unable to sell internationally. Orders can only be shipped within Australia.
NSW ~ New South Wales Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
VIC ~ Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $600).
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
SA ~ Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18.
WA ~ Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.
QLD ~ Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years.
