Bottled at 46.3% without chill-filtration, it delivers a formidable wave of medicinal peat smoke, cracked black pepper, and sweet maritime brine, beautifully balanced by an underlying earthy sweetness. A fiercely characterful and intense island malt that demands to be paired with a creamy blue cheese, freshly shucked oysters, or heavily charred barbecue meats.
