This is 100% Riesling from the storied Cole Ranch way up in the hills between Ukiah and Boonville. Not quite the expected version of Riesling, Elimelech exists to show you another way. Riesling can be flashy, fleshy and flamboyant...intoxicatingly scented, richly textured and yes, DRY. Only the craziest of sites can pull this off in balance and Cole Ranch is one of those kooky California examples.
