Crafted with wild yeast and a minimal-intervention philosophy, it is completely unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a vibrant, cloudy ruby pour. It delivers energetic notes of wild raspberry, tart cherry, and a beautiful underlying earthiness. Light on its feet and dangerously smashable, it is brilliant when served with a slight chill alongside a casual barbecue or mushroom risotto.
