Nikka ‘Yoichi’ Single Malt Whisky, JPN

Lightly peated single malt.

Plenty of sweet fruit and spice notes with a little smoke and salinity as seasoning (definitely not a smoke bomb).

Good body and texture. Maybe a nod to Scotch in the days that the OG Taketsuru was there.
