Collefrisio 'Appassimento' Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Abruzzo ITA

Made from grapes that are left to dry on the vine and then, harvested and vinified in slightly raisined form. A little bit like Amarone. Full bodied, with notes of dried fig and fig leaf, black current and chocolate. A luxurious wine.
