Joseph Drouhin 'Drouhin-Vaudon' Chablis, Burgundy FRA

Organic. Quite a generous style of Chablis, reflecting the warmer vintage conditions. Good acidity levels still, but with a more 'new world' fruit ripeness that makes the wine very appealing and perhaps more versatile. Enticing stonefruit character on the nose and palate, with the ripeness giving the wine a sense of instant enjoyment that is hard to deny.
