An exciting blend of Trebbiano, Sauv Blanc, and Malvasia. The Trebbiano Toscano brings a saline and mineral edge, the Sauvignon brings freshness and texture, whilst the pinch of Malvasia adds a gorgeous aromatic lift. A refreshing wine that punches above its weight year after year. The farming has been organic since the first generation in the 1860’s (though officially certified since 2012), and biodynamic across all 16 hectares since 2012.
