Château du Cèdre Juvéniles Malbec, Cahors FRA

Organically grown Malbec, from Cahors' famed limestone plateau and Mindel high terraces, is destemmed and barrel fermented for 30 days and matured without sulphur additions. The resulting wine toes the LoFi line with earthy and lifted blue fruit flavours mingling with raspberry coulis and jubey fruits.
